Black Cloud Merit Badge

The Black Cloud merit badge may be earned after fulfilling the following criteria:

• Have the worst overnight call shifts not because of bad luck but because of your bad attitude and whining.
• Perceive that you work harder than everyone else which may be partially true, but mainly because of your inefficiencies.
• Believe that everyone has it easier than you mostly because you create unnecessary work and stress for yourself.
